Rectangular graveslab of seventeenth-century date to a priest Fr Charles Garahane PP Killmacrean in Clareglway Franciscan friary. A Galway type chalice with hexagonal base and decorative knop is to be found on the top of the slab. A sacred host with an IHS monogram and small cross with serif terminals. Three nails or arrows are depicted beneath the IHS monogram. An inscription circles the chalice and reads: LAVDETVR SANCTISSIMVM SACRAMENTVM. This translated to English means: PRAISED HOLY SACRAMENT.
The main inscription on the body of the slab reads:

FATHER * CHARLES * GARAG
HANE * PARISH PRIEST * OF
KILMACREAN * WHO * CAVSED
THIS * STONE * TO * BE * MADE * IN
OCTO * ANNO * DOMINI * 1676
