Rakerin Standing Stone

This large fin-shaped standing stone was not previously recorded. It was recorded by Leroy Smith, Kevin Cunningham and the Community Archaeologist while on fieldwork in Kilbeacanty in 2014. It stands in a field in the townland of Rakerin in the parish of Kilbeacanty. It is located on a slight slope overlooking the nearby Annagh River.
