This baptismal font appears to date to the 17th century. It consists of a bowl, pedestal and base. The pedestal bears a series of round-headed arcades. This type of rounded-headed niche appears on a chimney on a seventeenth-century castle in Co. Offaly. The bowl is cushion shaped with fluted angels at the corners.
