Kilboght Friary

Daniel Tietzsch-Tyler was commissioned by Kilboght Restoration Group to produce reconstruction drawings of Kilboght Church and Graveyard for interpretive signage at Kilboght. This was funded by The Community Monuments Fund 2025, National Monuments Service and administered through Galway County Council. The sign is located at the graveyard and will enable visitors a better understanding of the importance of this medieval abbey. Links to Kilboght Story Map and Podcast will also enable people to listen and learn more while visiting Kilboght.
